Our policies on refunds, returns, and reward issues.

Donation Refunds

Because donations are processed immediately and funds are directed to the featured cause, we are unable to offer refunds on completed donations. Please ensure you review your donation amount and selected reward before completing your transaction.

Reward Issues

If you experience any issues with your reward (damaged item, incorrect voucher, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your reward. We will work with our partner organizations to resolve the issue promptly.

Voucher Redemption

Vouchers for experiences (resort stays, cruises, etc.) must be redeemed within the timeframe specified on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Please review your voucher terms carefully upon receipt.
